Moodle is back online and Attendance functionality is restored

Hello, Moodle Users,

We have completed our brief maintenance on a limited number of Moodle plugins. Instructors should now be able to enter Attendance sessions.  The OUBlog has been updated as well. The new version only supports Completion Tracking using the "View" status and does not display requirements for posts and replies. However, using the OUBlog with Completion Tracking enabled should not produce errors for students.

Moodle Outage Tuesday, September 15 at 5pm

Hello Moodle Users,

Information Services is aware of issues related to entering Attendance data as well as errors generated by the OUBlog tool and Completion tracking. We are going to be implementing fixes on Tuesday, September 15th beginning at 5pm. Moodle will be temporarily offline at this time. We apologize for the inconvenient timing and thank you for your patience. 

In meantime the meantime, you are welcome to contact me with any questions or support needs.

Moodle Outage and Upgrade - Thursday, August 13th

Hello Moodle Users,

On Thursday, August 13th beginning at 5pm, we will be upgrading Moodle to version 5.1, and Moodle will be unavailable for approximately two to four hours. We ask that you please save your work and prepare to log off Moodle before 5pm EST. 

Users who are interested in significant changes are encouraged to view four short videos.  You will need your Kalamazoo College credentials for access.
